ABOUT REMEDY YOGA
REMEDY YOGA opened its doors in November 2020. The studio is nestled in the beautiful, scenic, Upper Valley. Located just north of the Lyme green at 4 Britton Lane, Lyme, NH. Classes are offered in a wide range of styles including, Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, prenatal & postpartum yoga as well as meditation, sound baths and Yin.
